Step Into Your Starring Role
You’ve been play-acting, practicing, rehearsing, being an understudy in your role for far too long and are deeply wanting to fully step into it. To own it. To own the (metaphorical…or not) stage. You’ve been held back…you’re not sure why. Maybe you have some Impostor “who wants to hear from me?” stuff going on. Maybe you have some “not ready yet” stuff. Likely some “not good enough” stuff, too.
Sure. I totally get it.
I’ve lived it.
I’ve spoken about it. At TEDx Women, to be precise. (“Impostor and Authority: The space between what we see and what is real”).
I’ve coached my clients on it. Every day. Coached them into their magnificence. Their authority. THEIR starring role.

A’s to your Q’s:
What if I can’t make the Q+A calls?
Three things for you to know:
1) These calls are for you to bring up questions you might be having about the content. They’re not about new content (though if a new line of thinking comes up, you’re covered as the calls will be recorded).
2) The Facebook group will be a pretty lively place of sharing issues, concerns, celebrations etc. It’s my intention to be fairly active in there so I’ll get to your Q’s. As will the rest of the participants.
Will the Q+A calls be recorded?
Yup!
How much time should I plan on giving this program per week?
This is tricky because it really depends on your learning style. Are you the kind of person that likes to hunker down and knock it out of the park immediately? Are you the kind of person who likes to savour new learnings at an exquisitely slooooow pace?
Okay…it’s rude of me to answer your question with a question. At the highest level, I will say 3-4.5 hours/week will “likely” do it: 2 hours on the content, 1 hour on the Q+A call (you may or may not decide to join each one) and an optional call with your accountability partner (or email should you both decide that works better for your schedules). Possibly another 30 minutes to be popping in and out of the Facebook group.
While there are only 6 weeks of content, I fully expect it will take longer to go through it all (hence the offer for 30 min of coaching with me within 10 weeks). It’s also my intention to offer content in three levels: a) “have this done at a minimum”; b) “do this if you can find the time to go deeper”; and c) “you likely won’t get to this in the 6 weeks, but try it after the program”.
(Feel free to email me your questions…it’s super important that this is the right fit…for all of us!)
